KY 9/12 events in July
The founding Fathers were not a tea party; it wasn’t a political action committee; it was a preservation committee for generations to come. It was extraordinary men rooted in principles coming together to learn and teach each other. This is the essences of the 9/12 Project and we invite you to find a local meetup or come together on your own in your community. Here are some events and local group meetups coming up in July.
July 4
Tea Party – July 4th Rally

Place: Grant County Park-Crittenden, KY
Note: To celebrate our Independence! To bring together patriotic Americans on an important day in our history and to let Americans citizens know what is happening in our Great Country.

9/12 Prayer Group meeting
Date: Every Monday
Time: 6:30pm
Place: Cane Run Baptist Church 4326 Ironworks Pike, Lexington, KY
Note: OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS! Come be part of the newly forming 9/12 prayer group. Come join us to pray for our country. We’ll meet at Cane Run Baptist Church (across the street from the horse park).
Liberty Book Club Meeting and 9/12 Project (Owensboro)
Date: Every Monday
Time: 6:30pm
Place: Wendell H. Ford Government Education Center, Owensboro Museum of Science and History
Note: We will cover the book “The Road to Serfdom”. Discussion on lecture follow.

Tea Party – Kentucky Freedom Festival
Time: 5:00pm
Place: Capitol Lawn in Frankfort,
Note: This will be a family-friendly, freedom-focused event, celebrating America. Featured speaker: Kevin Jackson Of “The Black Sphere” & Author of Best-Selling Book “The BIG Black Lie”
In addition to Kevin Jackson, a number of superb grassroots speakers have been invited and will speak on topics such as Immigration Reform, Health Care, Education, Energy Independence, Terrorism, the Founders and the Constitution itself. A first-rate lineup has been assembled

Vacation Liberty School ~ Georgetown

Note: KY 9/12 proudly announces a brand new and exciting program “Vacation Liberty School” for children, ages 10-15. Experience the origin, nature and benefits of liberty based on Faith, Hope and Charity. Dates for the initial program in Georgetown will be July 12th to 16th from 6:00pm to 8:30pm daily at Gano Baptist Church, 212 Bevins Lane, Georgetown, KY 40324. Note: Guest speaker Susan Browne, National Director, Institute for Constitutional Integrity. Susan will give a presentation regarding the background, history and impact of the 17th Amendment and the advantages and disadvantages in repealing it.

On August 28, 2010 we will make a historic journey in the foot steps of the Lincoln Memorial. 8/27 Ride the bus or come out a day early for the 2nd annual 9/12 Project. This will be open to members of 9/12 groups from around the country. It will be an informal reception to meet other 9/12 patriots, to see that we are truly not alone, unwind and socialize before the adventures of that evening and the next day, and to find pride in our inner voices and being a 9/12er.
