letter from Mark Roth re new bill on federal safety standards for schools

More rules from the Federal Government over what should be a local school board/parent issue.

It shows Yarmuth’s true colors when he does not respect the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

No matter how well intentioned, this is not a Federal Government issue.  School discipline decisions need not go any higher than the local school board and the parents.  Again the FED should stay out of our business.
