Mark Roth – buy American
On the campaign trail, now President Barack H. Obama promised several times to “bring back our jobs”. Standing in an abandoned factory outside of Detroit he said we needed the labor jobs returned to have a strong middle-class. Once in office his top two officials over trade were once two of the masterminds behind passing NAFTA. Not two months into his Presidency he then tells the American public we do not want those jobs. Who is he to tell us what we want to, or will do, to earn a living.
It is Progressives on the left and the right that have taken away our manufacturing. It is Progressives that have allowed the President to set trade policy when it is the Constitutional duty of Congress. It is Progressives that have the utopian idea of making a one world economy, thinking all the poor will rise without dragging down the wealthier nations. It is these same Progressives that think it is alright to give 100 years of engineering and manufacturing now how to another land, stripping us of our expertise and superiority.
Again people, it is not a Republican or Democrat issue. Progressives are in both parties. So join in being independent minded and learn the truth for yourself. Don’t rely on media controlled ten second sound bites. Get involved yourself. We are a to be a government “by the People”. We must all study if we care. And if we don’t care, well… I’ll stop there.
