Getting out of debt
Against all logic, Barack Obama believes that the way for the nation to get out of debt is by spending trillions more. He reminds me of the shopaholic who figures that if an $80 toaster is marked down to $75, all he has to do is buy 100 of them and he’ll make $500. – Burt Prelutsky
[A]t my age, I can do without blankets, pillows and even honey-roasted peanuts. But I think the airlines better rethink those bathroom restrictions. The last thing they’re going to want is a planeload of seniors sounding like cranky four-year-olds, screaming for the last 500 miles of the flight, “Are we there yet?” – Burt Prelutsky
